Well it’s the second time I made a reaction paper on the blog hehe… and for this time the reaction I will do is the chapter 3 of the getting real. In the first link they talked about “less mass” and it tells that when you in the web technology if less mass the reaction and movement are too easy and quick because if you make a web application it must be simple but informative its not important of what kind of special effects, a masterpiece that easy to correct and determined the mistake. They said that if less mass you can focus and communicate in your customer clearly. They also tell “Lower your cost if change” because when it comes to web technology if your competitor change quickly and you cannot change because of expensive cost your business a going to down so that in order to become more cheaper you should use less mass approach. The third topic is the” Three Musketeers “in building a web application the three major people you need are the Developer, Designer, and Sweeper this is the better version in order to have a better Web Application you should find talented member you don’t need a bunch of member to do this stuff because if you cant find these talented people try to search other person which qualify to your team until they match the chemistry of it you need also to slim down your initial version. The fourth topic is the “Embrace Constraints” it means that instead of panic about your constraints embrace them and let these limitation guide you instead of elimination of your constraints try to use this as your advantage to achieve your goal. The last topic in chapter three is “Be yourself” it means that no matter what your customers are even they are bad or good you should present to them a better customer service you should prioritize in any kind of business. The customer satisfaction and be friendly to your customer it is the secret of good business.
