First in this chapter it show that what is the real idea, and to show that it tells us that while we are doing a project for a business or school, you should specify and determined what is the real idea and the Big idea among the project and what is all about. What are the main idea of the project why it is exist and the purpose of the project?

And while you are in the project, working with the project some team are specify the details of the project which lead them to the wrong idea and defects, because sometimes the more you focus on the details the more you will get to nowhere. When you keep your team in the not so important details in a day and then it is not efficient because eventually you will realize that in that day your achievement is in the details only.  You should focus on the big idea which typically means focus on the important and big things which is important. Because if you focus in the small thing in one you such wasting and delaying your project.

in generalization this chapter is all about “what you prefer or priorities in the project, And when you have problems in the project whether it is big or small if you can do it right now do it as much as possible do not wait the next day or the next hours to do it if you have time do it efficiently.
