In chapter eight it talks about it said that you hire as you want but make sure that you hire a better person, but in choosing and hiring a person don’t hire and hire in your company because you think that person is the best and suit for the company that is not practical thing. So to make it simple and easy to understand you hire best people but hire people which are important which is necessary to the company and have a better output.
Before hiring a person of applicant make a test or analysis if that person suits for the company and in your team, and in comparison to that it is like choosing a best girlfriend which makes you happy and in relation to that you choose which the best is. Choose a person with a better understanding which is the hard worker person because you just need to hire people which fits in your company you don’t have to hire a super brainy people all you have to do is to hire a better, best and necessary to the company or team.
So in generalization in this chapter it shows how to hire a better person in your company, how to choose and what the qualifications in choosing applicants are.
